Navigating your site is quite easy.
The delivery was made within a satisfactory timeframe.
The application of the product is easy.
I wore gloves for the application and took them off to rinse and wash my hair, I didn't think there was a risk during rinsing, my nails turned completely black and stayed that way.
I work in a hospital environment and we are prohibited from wearing nail polish, it's quite annoying because it looks like I pulled my hand out of the dirt.
Otherwise, very satisfied.

I discovered it thanks to my hairdresser and it is quite good. A little plus I think it would be even better if you could allow people to know which treatments would be most suitable for them based on their hair.. in order to advise them better. Because concerning me I was a little lost with all the proposals so it was my hairdresser who advised me.

I did not receive the appropriate response to my request. I asked the question on the site before applying color 06 for blonde highlights and I was answered long after, talking to me about dark highlights... A phone call would be more appropriate to ask our questions directly and not make mistakes.

First order on the site and happy. I already knew the product that I have been using for years, in blue version to neutralize yellow tones back then and the Venetian blonde. The order went well and the delivery was more or less fast despite confinement.

Very good product that perfectly covers white hair. It is easy to apply.
I only find it regrettable that a cape, gloves, and even a brush are not provided with the product.
For me, the color is quite dark. If I had to do it again, I would take a shade lighter.
