My order was sent to an unknown address on the other side of France. The messaging integrated into the site for customer service does not work.

No response from them following a return of the package, non-existent customer service, no refund, I will therefore have to turn to the consumer protection association. Unacceptable in 2024

The only downside is that my products arrived in two separate packages but maybe there's a reason for that. Everything else is perfect

I have ordered this brand several times and I really advise you to go for it with your eyes closed, it's a safe bet! I take their repigmenting product every time because they are very effective, plus they have a very intense care effect on the hair. The delivery is perfect, my package arrived in two days in great condition, the packaging is top-notch. Go for it!

Extremely satisfied with my purchase: the ash shampoo and repigmenting products I used for the first time really did the job: my orange highlights, very orange indeed (vegetable dye with henna..) are very noticeably toned down, almost invisible (you really have to look for them..). And my hair is soft and supple, it's been a long time... I add a fast delivery, so to be renewed
