Excellent product, delivered quickly in very good conditions.
Bravo!

Ease of use, the option to reorder is an approach I appreciate a lot.

I only received one product and still no refund or receipt of the missing item

Product delivered quickly, I recommend this site

I haven’t received my order. It’s showing as “on hold” when I look in my account. I’ve tried contacting Patrice Mulato through the contact area on the website but the message doesn’t go through. I’ve called them but just get a voicemail and can’t talk to anyone. I’ve tried contacting them through facebook, facebook messenger and instagram, but nobody responds. I’m beginning to wonder if the website is even genuine. I’ll have to contact my bank to do a charge back.

EVERYTHING IS SAID BY THE CHOICE OF THE NUMBER OF STARS!

Perfect! I recommend!

Stunning result, it allows to space out the colorings and wait to have more significant roots without the rest of the head being washed out

I haven't used my products yet but I'm giving 5 stars for the speed of shipping, and especially for the availability of the staff on Instagram .. thanks to the whole team

Very good shampoo, suitable for your hair type, they smell good, are effective and detangle the hair

Fast delivery.
I left it on for 20 minutes on wet hair and on very bleached and weakened hair. It left a nice vanilla tone on my shade which was too golden/orange. It leaves the hair in good condition but I recommend not leaving it on beyond the allotted time. Personally having weakened hair due to a failed ombre at the hairdresser recently, it neither worsened nor improved the softness and hydration but it suits me. At least, it doesn't worsen the problem.
The result is not striking except on the strands that were very light, shade 10, between blonde and white. But the advantage is that it allows me to control how much I want to cool the color.
I will follow the recommendations to do it every 15 days until I achieve the acceptable golden shade I want. I will also test the product on my mother's white hair in the future and I will try the peach/coral shade that I have dreamed of having for a long time. I hope they do not stop the product.

Very satisfied with your delivery, deadline respected. I just have to try your products.
Easy to use site.
Adding a space to leave a message would be a plus ...
Thank you.
