No order tracking information and no information given. I see on the collissimo site that my package is on hold, no notice, no SMS or email.
It's simply very bad as for contacting customer service by phone.
Pointed out.

I have been using Mulato's repigmenting shampoos for several years now. I love them! The reflections and shine are unmatched, and my hair is well nourished. I still do a leave-in moisturizing treatment to facilitate detangling before drying them. Very well advised on the site I recommend at %

Clarifying shampoo before color, very gentle. The chromatic 0.1 and 0.2 meet my needs well. Too bad they were only available in small bottles when I ordered.
