The store consistently delivers fast, reliable service with swift delivery times and efficient processing, including fast shipping to various points and quick order receipt. Customers highlight concrete positives about product quality and effectiveness, noting high-performance formulas, easy application, and results that meet or exceed expectations, such as improved highlights, smooth color results, and satisfying overall outcomes. The shopping experience is described as smooth and user-friendly, with clear product presentation, easy transactions, secure and careful delivery, and strong satisfaction with both the products and the service. Multiple reviews emphasize that orders arrive quickly, products perform well, and the overall experience is highly positive.
Perfect but impossible to modify the order directly on the customer account even just after entry, must go through customer service, fortunately responsive and effective

Colored in ash blonde, I wanted to maintain the ash blonde effect without going through a permanent coloring and finally embrace my white hair by covering it slightly. I mix the brown ice repigmenting treatment with a moisturizing mask to avoid darkening the hair too much and let it sit for 20 minutes. I am satisfied with this product.

I am amazed by the products of this brand, they are of excellent quality: the hair is shiny, soft, and smells good. Having dry hair, I rediscover my hair and I can now say that I am fully satisfied with the ranges of this brand.
