I say well because the product has no smell and did not create any allergy for me, however I usually use number 4 from another brand that is not sold to individuals, this one is darker and suits me better than the one I bought from you, next time I will order number 3 because I like the contrast between my blonde strands and the darker root

The site is clear and accessible, I was a bit disappointed with the delivery because one of the bottles had leaked due to being poorly closed. Regarding the color retention, our Repigmenting Treatments are designed to offer a temporary coloring. Depending on the frequency of washes and the nature of the hair, their retention is about 4 weeks. It is therefore completely normal for the color to fade gradually over the shampoos.
