The store consistently delivers fast, reliable service with swift delivery times and efficient processing, including fast shipping to various points and quick order receipt. Customers highlight concrete positives about product quality and effectiveness, noting high-performance formulas, easy application, and results that meet or exceed expectations, such as improved highlights, smooth color results, and satisfying overall outcomes. The shopping experience is described as smooth and user-friendly, with clear product presentation, easy transactions, secure and careful delivery, and strong satisfaction with both the products and the service. Multiple reviews emphasize that orders arrive quickly, products perform well, and the overall experience is highly positive.
Everything is perfect except for collisimo delivery. To avoid delivery, the delivery person notes the store is closed when it is open 7/7. It's always a problem with them.

A treatment that indeed leaves the hair very very soft. The pigmentation result was moderate for the bar effect at the roots. Several uses will be necessary. Otherwise, I obviously recommend this brand for its natural and non-aggressive ingredients for hair. The order and delivery were quick and without problems.

Fast order shipment. I use this product on my salt and pepper hair to tone down the white a bit, it lasts a few weeks, I like it.

I bought the shampoo and the brown glazed pigmentation care. I love it! I couldn't afford to go to the hairdresser before Christmas. Thanks to these products, my hair is clean and silky for the holidays!

I know your depigmenting products (shampoo and care) well and I know it's a safe bet. In addition to repigmenting the hair, it makes them silky.

The site is good but I ordered the recommended chestnut coloring product with the shampoos and after following the procedure, the roots still came out yellow! I had to rush to buy a dye elsewhere.
So products in the trash!
