Response from Patrice Mulato EN Published on 28/02/2017

Hello,
This is surprising because when the post office or your relay point receives your package, you should receive an email to inform you.
We will report this to the post office.
Best regards,
The Mulato team

Perfect, order received in just 2 days. The only negative point would be the lack of samples as my order was less than 50 euros, for a first order, it's not great.

not bad overall, but I would have preferred a darker color. the mask allows for a more intense color, but after the shaping I don't see the difference. see if this lightens it further...
