Contacted Mulato Cosmetics as I had not received my package. The person I spoke to online was very attentive, very professional and sent me a new package that I received in the following days. Excellent service.

It gives beautiful reflections, but for white hair, it's not great, it gives yellow reflections, the difference is too obvious, I won't buy it again.

Hello,
We are surprised and sorry that the product did not bring you complete satisfaction.
To reduce the yellow reflections on white hair, you can use the blue earth repigmenting treatment.
Best regards,

Does not yellow more than another product... Leaves hair rough.
Moreover, the pump does not work!

Order received on time. Too bad the shipping costs are free from a certain amount (too high for my taste). I discovered the brand by chance while surfing the net. I adopt it. I will recommend it with my eyes closed. Mulato products are cheaper on the Mulato site than on some partner sites (1 to 2 euros difference).

Very fast shipping and very effective products but some defects on certain shampoo closures so packages sometimes filled with liquid and therefore less shampoo in the bottles

Site with good visibility of products and their description: large themes, hair type, specifics...
For the more demanding, perhaps add a more detailed list of components.
