The repigmenting shampoo does not lather at all. The result is quite disappointing. The color is not vibrant, the hair is less shiny. Plus, delivery issue.

Response from Patrice Mulato EN
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. The Repigmenting shampoo is slightly alkaline, it will open the hair scales so that the treatment penetrates better and lasts longer. We always recommend doing 2 shampoos, the second lathers more. The shampoo is used in conjunction with the treatment, it should not be done alone otherwise it can indeed dry out the hair. Regarding the delivery issue, we understand how frustrating this can be and we are forwarding the information to our carrier. We remain at your disposal, Best regards, The Patrice Mulato team

The SEUR delivery person did not find our address. He did not search well. It is true that our small street is not very visible from the main road. It is 80 m from the Guardia Civil barracks.
Our building is part of the Marcadona complex at the top of Avenida Andalucia.
