Fast and the 5.0 color with a little (twice less than recommended by P Mulato) of 0.4 copper is perfect. Light brown hair with very natural highlights. No red color. Advice: after 20 minutes, reapply color on the roots of white hair because otherwise it colors the white hair but transparently, in a slightly too light way. No smell, very pleasant coloring. I am convinced

I ordered two items, received in two shipments but without explanations or tracking number, I initially thought it was an oversight. The least one could do would be to inform, it would avoid many issues. I will not recommend.

Small accident during delivery, the products spilled in the box. Upon my request, they quickly sent me new products. Great!
The coloring itself is nice, it doesn't completely cover the white hair, some highlights persist but the result is quite good. The color fades with each wash and stains sheets and towels. You just need to equip yourself accordingly.
Overall, I am more than satisfied. I prefer this to chemical colorings.

Good hair care but dissatisfied with the color. The chestnut is way too dark. The copper red just gives nice highlights in the sun. I would love to lighten them frankly but not with chemical products. Besides that, the hair is shiny.
