The products are easy to use and very good for the scalp, the repigmenting treatments leave the hair soft and enhance the color, shine and hold. I love these products, thank you

I didn't really like the color that the vanilla blonde shade gave to my hair, nor the matte finish... these products are very good for reds, browns, reds, etc., but not for blondes, plus they don't cover white hair at all...

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the result did not meet your expectations.
The Ocre d'Havane Repigmenting Shampoo is designed to revive and maintain a vanilla blonde. Its result may vary depending on the starting color, the porosity of the hair, and the history of colorings. On very light hair, the highlights may appear more intense or warmer.
Furthermore, our Repigmenting Shampoos and Treatments are not oxidation dyes: they are not intended to cover white hair, but to deposit temporary pigments that gradually fade with each wash.
Thank you for your feedback, which helps us continuously improve our products.

I have used Patrice Mulato’s Color One® Natural colouring 4.0 Brown. The gray hair is perfectly blended and covered well.
The hair looks healthy and shiny after coloring.
I will use it again for sure!
I totally recommend it!
