Nothing to say about the site itself but for the product, the natural coloring 1.0 brown, that was a big miss. I ended up with yellow roots when I was trying to hide them and dry, sticky hair. I do not recommend at all.

Fast delivery, received in 48 hours for free. Product color one tested covers the roots well if you follow the instructions (apply under film)

Overall, fast and careful shipping, pleasant contacts. What I would criticize is the impossibility of obtaining excellent products for very dry hair that are replaced by other much less effective ranges

Very good site. Unfortunately, I received my products damaged during transport but the customer service was very responsive and quickly resent the products to me. Very satisfied!

Products easy to use, I am satisfied with the shade obtained and the coverage of white hair. Just a downside on the color that visibly fades with each shampoo.

The shampoo is very good. However, I did not appreciate the delivery, it was sent to the wrong pick-up point (I checked my order, it is Mulato who made the mistake or did it intentionally?) on the other side of the city where the girl was unfriendly and scolded me - just like the gentlemen before and after - for coming at the so-called wrong time. Please respect the chosen pick-up point, thank you. Bad service.

The SEUR delivery person did not find our address. He did not search well. It is true that our small street is not very visible from the main road. It is 80 m from the Guardia Civil barracks.
Our building is part of the Marcadona complex at the top of Avenida Andalucia.

Hello
The package arrived well, thank you, however the box was placed upside down but it's not a big deal. I would like to know if coconut oil is part of the ingredients because my hair does not tolerate coconut oil at all (specifically the ingredient coconut? I used it five times, it works on wet hair but on dry hair I do not see the effect at all. So am I supposed to wet my hair before using it every time? While wetting every day can damage my hair.
Thank you for replying.

Well received my order. Fast shipping. Small downside, the care pot. It looks like it has already been opened. It's a shame there is no safety lid like face creams... because I found a small dead bug inside. After that, I can't wait to test the shampoo & care. I took this format to test and accompany me to maternity after my delivery. I hope the care will last until early May.

I am satisfied with the product and I appreciate the fast delivery. I have light hair with highlights and I will look for a product that makes detangling easier without weighing them down; I need to be told which product I should order. I now have fine and thinning hair and I am looking to regain some volume. Thank you for your advice.

The site is ergonomic and quite pleasant, but a real plus would be to be able to upload a photo to simulate with each of the coloring products the potential result (see the Chanel lipstick simulator)

the product meets the demand but does not last long.
I was perhaps expecting a little accompaniment of the products or a sample to discover the range
