The order was delivered quickly, the package is not damaged and the products received are indeed the ordered products.

I find it very expensive for the quality of the product, especially since for a 50 ml repigmenting product I find it very expensive and even for the 50 ml shampoo as well for the delivery it arrived on time but it does not deserve more than 3 stars especially since the product is applied for example the same day after 15 days 3 weeks it has disappeared you already have to start again there is no economy I find it a shame

Fast delivery but the package was forced to fit into the mailbox which almost blocked my mailbox, I had difficulties opening it.

Order placed on 12/09. No news, on the site "order pending". I contact the site which replies to me on 19/09 to tell me that the order is available at the relay point (in approximate French). I had neither email nor sms so the seller was reluctant to give me my package despite my ID. I also receive on the 19th the email with the €5 offered on my first order... A bit late

I found what I was looking for on the site, with a good promotion.
Fast and careful shipping.
The order arrived quickly, so quickly that it is still marked as pending on my account.
I had a doubt about the package when I received the email from the post office because I did not receive any email to notify me of the departure of my order as one usually receives with other sales sites.
A small bug to review because I really thought it was a scam.

Very happy with the hair mask and the repigmenting product but super disappointed with the shampoo, it was impossible to wash my hair with it, it made huge knots. It hurt. I will not use it...

The products seem very good, just a small delivery issue with the open shampoo that leaked in the box. I made a request to customer service, I am waiting for a response.

Very good for years, the only downside since the site modification is that there is no way to change the delivery address to a relay point in Palma de Mallorca. I have to call for it to be taken into account...

The shampoo dries the hair a lot, impossible to use a brush without leaving a mass of hair after shampooing, the treatment is great though, I got the expected result, a very nice shine and the hair is soft afterwards. However, regarding the delivery, you shouldn't be in a hurry, I reordered a few days ago and it is still pending on the site.

Very good product, both natural and colors hair well for a month. However, you have to pay the price! No gloves or soothing balm provided.

Had to remove a star because it took over a month to receive my order to the UK. My initial order wasn't received despite the payment being taken. However, patricemulato.com redeemed themselves and sorted it all out in style. Thank you!

Very clear site, easy to navigate.
The test to choose the repigmenting products could be more elaborate by offering mixes and more shades based on the base color, for example.

I sometimes have trouble finding the product I am looking for. You have to type the exact name otherwise through the ranges you may not necessarily find it.

Order remained pending for 13 days without explanation. I only received a response to my email once the package was received, to inform me that it had been delivered... We can do better in terms of order tracking...

I ordered 3 products, a dye, a mask, and an oil. Unfortunately, the bottle of oil was poorly closed and a good part of the product leaked into the bottom of the delivery box!

High shipping costs and no delivery tracking, you have to go to the site to view the status. Given the amount of shipping fees, I find it 'borderline'.
