My order arrived well but in the package, instead of the anti-dandruff lotion, there was a shampoo.
I placed a new order for a lotion and again I noticed while looking at my order confirmation after payment that it was again a shampoo instead of the lotion.

Hello, We do not have an anti-dandruff lotion on our website. Only a shampoo and an exfoliating treatment. Best regards, The Patrice Mulato team

The products are pleasant (the repigmenting treatments are very good)
I still can't find the color one effective for a light ash blonde that covers white hair

an easy-to-use site, order confirmation received on time, if only the estimated delivery date could be mentioned when ordering.
otherwise everything is ok.

The products are excellent - the distribution caps are useless; the product, especially the repigmenting ones, does not pass through the opening..

Good pleasant products, gentle on the hair. Sometimes a few white hairs persist but overall very satisfied :)
An idea would be to make refills to avoid taking bottles again and requiring less plastic :)

I ordered for the first time on the site. Very fast reception time. I just tested the natural coloring 'color one', I did the test on their site to help me choose the color but the result seems too dark to me and; what is destabilizing is that the container (the bottle) is expressed in ml while to prepare your coloring it's in grams. So, it ends up being very expensive because I practically used the whole bottle just for 1 coloring.

Disappointed by the delivery time almost 10 days. Product received in a box with chocolate and blood stains. When opening the jar there is no seal to protect the product, result: lots of cream on the opening lid which gives the impression that the product has already been used.

Order placed on August 13. Although a tracking number was given to me, there was no possible indication. I called, the receptionist was really great. She also saw the problem. Since it was for a wedding 2 days later, she advised me to buy it from one of her retailers near my home. I am delighted with the customer service, I am just waiting for the refund of the package. And after trying the shampoo and the color-repair treatment, I can say it's great! Even the hairdresser this morning told me great result. Thank you

I ordered my product on August 7, it is now August 18 and I still have not received my product. This slowness does not inspire confidence. In business, this 'detail' is very important for customer loyalty.

I find the natural One color satisfactory but I think that for the price there should be a bit more quantity. I have medium-length hair and each time I have to start a new tube, the quantity is not sufficient for a single application. Here is my opinion. Best regards.
