I had requested the 'free' treatment in Venice Red color, which was indeed available on the site. However, I was delivered the 'burnt sienna' color that I had already ordered. After claiming, it has been 12 days that I am promised the sending of the treatment in Venice Red color, but nothing arrives...? The site should update its available products.
