Hello, I am a regular customer for a few years now (2016) and as I told you during a recent satisfaction survey, I have never received a commercial gesture on my orders. Never a discount, there are no more samples... I find that a shame.

I don't know if it's my hair or the product, but I took the dry hair range and I find that I don't see much change... While with the dull hair range, much more (but in the meantime, hormonal changes etc...).

Very good service, delivery time respected, functional site. Just the package delivered on signature is a bit cumbersome.

Very good products, fast delivery, one big downside though: the polystyrene 'chips' in the box... For plastic bottles I don't see the point, why not just use recycled paper to secure the product? Not very coherent with the concept of the naturalness of the products... Too bad! Nothing to complain about for the rest

Order received quickly, customer service available and efficient. Only the color did not hold on my hair. Maybe the henna I had applied..

Small accident during delivery, the products spilled in the box. Upon my request, they quickly sent me new products. Great!
The coloring itself is nice, it doesn't completely cover the white hair, some highlights persist but the result is quite good. The color fades with each wash and stains sheets and towels. You just need to equip yourself accordingly.
Overall, I am more than satisfied. I prefer this to chemical colorings.

Good hair care but dissatisfied with the color. The chestnut is way too dark. The copper red just gives nice highlights in the sun. I would love to lighten them frankly but not with chemical products. Besides that, the hair is shiny.

Navigating your site is quite easy.
The delivery was made within a satisfactory timeframe.
The application of the product is easy.
I wore gloves for the application and took them off to rinse and wash my hair, I didn't think there was a risk during rinsing, my nails turned completely black and stayed that way.
I work in a hospital environment and we are prohibited from wearing nail polish, it's quite annoying because it looks like I pulled my hand out of the dirt.
Otherwise, very satisfied.
