The reason for the refusal is not admissible because I limited myself to the objective appreciation of the product: I would like to maintain it for this main reason "Product with tanning said "ecological" but the very "chemical smell " at the arrival disappointed me. It is not recommended for a baby because of the smell and the length of the hair. It's a pity because the product seems to be of good quality.... your products lack details to enlighten the buyer: the smell of the skin for example (in this case to camouflage the natural smell of a sheepskin) on your products coming from Iceland doesn't exist on the products tanned at your place: to specify it would be more honest. The same goes for the respect of the buyer's opinion.

I am disappointed that I was not informed of the delay due to lack of stock. I had to send several messages including one by phone to get an explanation. I was also told on the phone that a discount would be applied and refunded directly to my account but this was not done.
