A good site for pétanque enthusiasts with delivery received quite quickly! The engraving I requested on my OBUT RCX is excellent! The only small downside is that the OBUT chamoisine is missing from the box of my RCX (maybe lost!! At the time of engraving) I'm not sure but given the price of the triplet, I think OBUT should provide a chamoisine with it?

In the transport bag, the ball support is poorly sized, way too big and no precision on this detail on the site, very disappointed.

Response from PétanqueShop Published on 15/09/2025

Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding the transport bag. We are sorry to learn that the dimensions do not meet your expectations. Your comments are essential for us to improve our products and our communication. As indicated on our site: "The bottom compartment allows you to store two triplets of pétanque plus a towel or four Lyonnaise balls. If you use the bag with pétanque balls, we recommend using the free space above the balls to store a towel or a cloth." Please feel free to contact us for any questions or assistance needed. Best regards. The petanqueshop.com team

Good tracking of my order. Delivery time a bit long, but apparently due to a technical incident independent of your charge. Good follow-up from your representative with whom I exchanged.
Thank you for the smoothness of doing business with Pétanque Shop.
Have a nice day.
