PétanqueShop consistently delivers fast, reliable service with swift shipping and delivery that often arrives within days and sometimes sooner, keeping the products well packaged and arriving as described. Customers highlight precise engraving and depth on engraved balls, a smooth ordering process, and items that meet or exceed expectations, including timely arrivals and favorable quality. The store earns praise for professionalism, efficiency, and a responsive customer service that resolves issues and provides credits when needed, supporting a loyal, long-standing customer base. Overall, the shopping experience is described as accurate, fast, and satisfying, with strong emphasis on on-time delivery and product quality.
If it's about the site we don't drink in detail the drawing of the grooves. Otherwise, I thought I bought 1 pair of Lyonnaise balls and actually 1 single ball. My fault but the site could have warned me.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, We understand your concern regarding the delivery of your order. However, it has been processed by our services within the allotted time. Indeed, you placed your order on Saturday, May 3, and we shipped it on Monday, May 5. Your package was then dropped off at the relay point on Wednesday, May 7. The error comes from the Colissimo delivery person or the relay point that did not scan the package upon arrival. This information was sent to you by email and allowed you to retrieve your package on Monday, May 12 (which corresponds to the maximum delivery date communicated at the time of your order). We thank you for your understanding and your trust in petanqueshop.com. Best regards, The Petanque Shop team

I supply to many Australian pétanque clubs and have always used Petanque Shop. I have never had a problem dealing with them, from placing the order to arrival at the destination. Any enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion, and every issue has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
If I may make one suggestion: All new arrivals, balls, equipment, clothes, etc., should be highlighted, maybe on the front page.

During the initial order, the balls were available, then they were no longer available and the deadline for the gift no longer matched. The solution was found very quickly by Erwan, the balls delivered on time, the gift on the D-day. IM PE CCABLE.

The site is very easy to navigate. There was a slight delay in the delivery which was due on Saturday morning, without notification of the delay. The package was delivered on Monday morning instead of Saturday but I did receive a message on Monday morning to inform me of the delivery.
