When I ordered my triplet the day before yesterday between 9 and 9:30 am, the site indicated that the balls were in stock and therefore a departure the same day for a noon order. I chose an express chronopost delivery at €14.08 for the next day before 1 pm and the package only left yesterday. So I lost €14.08 by choosing express delivery and this is the second time this has happened to me so I am not very happy.

Hello, You placed an order on 01/08/2025 for a triplet from the brand La Boule Bleue with a regional series Corsica. As indicated on the website, "The balls with a stamp are made to order (delivery time about 4 weeks), and delivered with a storage bag." In other words, the information about this delay is indicated even before you add your item to the cart. Following your purchase, you contacted us on Sunday 03/08 to make a modification to the order and change the weight. We therefore made this modification on Monday, August 4. And in our email of 04/08, we reminded you that the delay was about 4 weeks (see attached document). Furthermore, as stated in the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) that you accepted when placing your order, it is clearly stated that any order requiring special manufacturing (including La Boule Bleue triplets with special and regional series) cannot be canceled or refunded (see attached document). As we also indicated to you by email, we must receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks. Upon receipt, your order will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
