Engraving, super fast shipping and delivery. Product absolutely compliant. It's been years since I ordered from Petanqueshoo, the only problem I had was with the post office, and petanqueshop managed to resolve the situation and refund the shipping. A top team.

Very disappointed with the keychains, the petanque player part was not glued.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding the keychains. As indicated in the product title, it is a sticker, and it needs to be glued onto the keychain. We do not glue them directly to ensure better preservation of the sticker during transport. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The petanqueshop.com team

I ordered OBUT balls RCX-72 mm-690G-engraved SD. The balls you sent me are 73 mm balls. I quickly noticed this when handling them and therefore checked them.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to learn that you received the petanque balls that do not correspond to you. Manufacturers have a tolerance of 0.5 mm more or less during manufacturing. Depending on the caliper you use and where you place it on the ball, the measurement may be more or less precise. I invite you to send us a photo of your triplet by email, with the measurement you took, to see if it is an error on our part. Best regards, The petanqueshop.com team
