I ordered MS STRX triplets, the general engravings: MS X15 705 .......... are different in style and engraving intensity on each ball, I will report this and certainly return them for exchange

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. We understand the frustration this may have caused. However, the delivery delay is the carrier's responsibility. Indeed, you ordered on Friday, March 6. We engraved and shipped your triplette the same day. On our side, we cannot do it any faster. Please feel free to contact us as soon as your package is delivered so that we can reimburse you for the shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. The petanqueshop team
