Response from PétanqueShop Published on 29/09/2025

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to learn that you encountered problems with our balls and the quality of the paint. In this regard, we clearly indicate in the product description that you ordered the following elements: "Particularity of varnished balls: these balls have a layer of varnish, which naturally wears off over time. Upon receipt, even new, these balls may show signs of impact on the varnish. This does not affect their quality in any way. This information is provided to inform our customers before their purchase. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop.com team
