Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you experienced unsatisfactory delivery times. However, you ordered a set that was not in stock in the desired dimensions. That is why, when you placed your order, we communicated an indicative delivery date between September 22, 2025, and October 1, 2025 (the timeframe indicated before finalizing your order). According to the tracking of your package, you were indeed delivered this Monday, September 22. We therefore met the deadlines indicated when you placed your order. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop.com team
