The only pétanque site that responds to you by phone, which allows problems to be resolved more quickly and directly, so everything is much more efficient, a big plus.

I am very disappointed with my order, it arrived broken, I had to reorder the same product to have it on time for our competition on August 28, 2025.
I hope my first order will be refunded without charge

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, We are truly sorry to hear that your order arrived in poor condition due to the carrier. Your experience is important to us and we understand how frustrating this can be, especially with your competition approaching. However, your issue has been directly addressed by our customer service (refund of the first order + shipping of the second order). Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The petanqueshop.com team

Seriousness of PetanqueShop, received on time. Not disappointed with the bag that corresponds well to the image. To see the use for a doubt about the solidity of the bottom to support the weight of the balls;

I think you have very good products at reasonable prices without being excessive, the commercial gestures for those who are not happy should go back to their country. Thank you, hoping that the steel used is French and not Chinese..Long live France
