Deadlines respected by the site, as for the post office I received it but with no respect for the delivery location.

Never ordered an item from you that I paid €50 more on another site to have it without fail on 15/06 instead of 16/06. Delivery was scheduled between 8 am and 1 pm and at 1 pm I was informed that my delivery was postponed to 16/06. I find this really unacceptable.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience, although we are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered as planned. However, you placed your order on Thursday, June 12 at 9:20 PM and we shipped it on Friday, June 13. If your order was delivered a day late (delivery made on Monday, June 16), this is due to the carrier and not our services. Furthermore, we have addressed your issue by email. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The petanqueshop.com team
