Response from PétanqueShop
Hello,
We are sorry to learn that your experience with our product does not meet your expectations.
However, we can confirm that this is not a counterfeit. It is a sublimated jersey. Sublimation is a manufacturing process by which the entire design of the jersey is directly infused into the fabric. The colors of the jersey, the stripes, the logos, and the patterns are an integral part of the fabric.
Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience and we are sorry to hear that the engraving did not meet your expectations.
However, as explained by phone, you indicated the following engraving: "YOUYOU". No emoji was included in your engraving. Therefore, we engraved the text YOUYOU, in accordance with your order.
Moreover, you contacted us once the order was shipped. Unfortunately, it was too late to modify your engraving and add the desired emojis.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment regarding the availability of ball weights and manufacturing delays.
It must be understood that we are dependent on manufacturers. In other words, if a manufacturer is out of stock on a product in a specific dimension (diameter, weight stripe), we unfortunately cannot restock, and we are dependent on the manufacturing times of our suppliers.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.
