Very very dissatisfied with the service. The package still hasn't arrived, zero information about it. Not even a refund so I can reorder. Nothing is done for customer satisfaction. I wouldn't even recommend buying from them. Very very very dissatisfied.

However, you ordered on 13/07 at 18:20. We shipped your order on 15/07 (14/07 being a holiday). From our side, we cannot be faster. The delivery issue you are experiencing is related to the carrier.
As soon as you contacted us to report this issue, we opened a claim with the carrier. The investigation is still ongoing. We will get back to you as soon as the carrier has ruled on the location or loss of the package.

The balls are in line with our expectations regarding weight and size but we regret that the engraving was not properly centered and is glued to the references, which makes it much less readable and somewhat unsightly. As this is a gift and considering the price, we would have liked a bit more attention and a certain perfection. After two perfect MS orders, this was our first Boulenciel order, and we do not hide a certain disappointment.

However, for the majority of Boulenciel models (Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Iris), we have no other choice but to engrave on the central band between the manufacturer's markings. Additionally, we limit the number of characters to 6, to have space to engrave in this location. This choice is made to avoid engraving on the grooves, which would not be aesthetic.
