The ball magnet barely picks up balls. Impossible to lift a ball, not even by a millimeter. I requested a return refund, no news.

First of all, since Friday, May 8th is a public holiday, it is normal that you did not receive a response to your email before Monday, May 11th at 08:55 (the date on which we replied to you).
Regarding the magnet, it has no defects. The problem comes from the balls you purchased. Indeed, as indicated in the product description, OBUT Loisir Inox games cannot be picked up with a magnet.
