Very satisfied with the phone contact as well as the delivery time. The balls meet my expectations, good at shooting and a good cushion at the point. I wouldn't have as many praises for the delivery, 2 changes of delivery times in the morning then a message asking me to go pick up the package at a relay 28 km round trip in the afternoon... not cool!

Hello, It is normal that you did not receive the warranty card, simply because the manufacturer Obut no longer includes it. The warranty card is now found in the flap of the box inside.
