However, you placed your order on Monday, June 9 at 9:14 PM and we shipped it on Tuesday, June 10. The carrier tried to deliver it to you on Thursday, June 12 but you were absent. Never ordered an item from you that I paid €50 more on another site to have it without fail on 15/06 instead of 16/06. Delivery was scheduled between 8 am and 1 pm and at 1 pm I was informed that my delivery was postponed to 16/06. I find this really unacceptable.
