The delivery person came to your place on May 21, but could not deliver it to you, since you were not present; he therefore left it in a nearby point and a second delivery was rescheduled on May 23 at a relay point. Unfortunately, that point did not accept deliveries that day and your package was delivered to the relay point on May 26, a package that you were able to pick up.
