Hello, I received the petanque balls within the allotted time and they correspond very well to my order. My review is negative because I could not use my loyalty points to deduct from my order amount and I think that given my age (83 years), they are lost. Please correct this anomaly for your future customers. The first response from your customer service did not satisfy me as I felt they were treating me like an idiot. Thank you anyway.

Fast delivery,
The blue ball 140 loses its protective varnish in just 4 to 5 games.
I advise to sand it before use, as it is very unpleasant. The advantage of this ball is that it hardly marks, very good value for money.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, We understand your frustration regarding the delivery of your package and we sincerely apologize. However, on our side, we engraved and shipped your triplet on the same day of your purchase. It is therefore difficult to be faster. The delivery of your package is scheduled for the beginning of this week. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop team
