Their satisfaction or refund policy is misleading. I bought continental balls for 149 euros and I am very dissatisfied. They offer to take back mine a week later for 50 euros and 16 euros for my husband's which are engraved with shipping costs at my expense!!! If this is what satisfaction or refund means... Never again will they see 1 euro from me.

However, we have seen your return requests, and the weight you indicated seems abnormally low for balls purchased on 21/05.
