Indeed, you placed your order on Tuesday, May 6 at 10:00 PM and we shipped it the next day (Wednesday, May 7). The delivery delay is the responsibility of the carrier who should have delivered your package on Friday, May 9 (and not Monday, May 12). You sent us an email on Friday, May 9 in the late afternoon. Fast delivery. Well packaged... just a downside, I buy 2 pairs of Atx and boulenciel balls plus a backpack, invoice of 596 euros and not a gift... this small gesture would have been appreciated especially given the purchases I make regularly every year....

Indeed, you placed your order on Saturday, May 3, and we shipped it on Monday, May 5. Your package was then dropped off at the relay point on Wednesday, May 7. The error comes from the Colissimo delivery person or the relay point that did not scan the package upon arrival. This information was sent to you by email and allowed you to retrieve your package on Monday, May 12 (which corresponds to the maximum delivery date communicated at the time of your order). I supply to many Australian pétanque clubs and have always used Petanque Shop. I have never had a problem dealing with them, from placing the order to arrival at the destination. Any enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion, and every issue has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
If I may make one suggestion: All new arrivals, balls, equipment, clothes, etc., should be highlighted, maybe on the front page.
