Manufacturers have a tolerance of 0.5 mm more or less during manufacturing. Depending on the caliper you use and where you place it on the ball, the measurement may be more or less precise. A bit disappointed by the quality of the petanque kit products. The foldable petanque circle opens difficultly and the ball bag does not close completely (of course, the balls are bigger than the opening and therefore cannot fall...).
