On one hand, you should know that we are a reseller and not a manufacturer. This means that we sell products from manufacturers and therefore, it is not us who decide the sizes or dimensions of the items. On the other hand, you placed your order on Monday, May 26, and we shipped it the same day. Your package was delivered to the relay point on Wednesday, May 28. We processed your order quickly. I am very unhappy regarding the payment - I had to make 5 orders. At the time of payment I had an error. Even after deleting cookies I had the same error. Had to write to customer service but at no time did anyone call me to take my order by phone. I am really disappointed about that but the rest is fine good presentation for the purchase of balls.

I received my triplet of pétanque quickly, very nice MS x15 pétanque balls to see after use. However, for a triplet at 215 euros, I am very disappointed with the bag offered with it, not practical at all and ugly, I think they want to get rid of it, so I put it in the recycling bin. Best regards.
