I am disappointed with my balls that I bought from you continental where there is a red line all around the ball and the weld shows and it makes a white line all around the ball of less than 5 mm would it be possible to change it for me thank you

Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your balls do not meet your expectations. However, as we explained to you by phone and by email, seeing the weld seam is in no way a manufacturing defect. Indeed, it is very regularly visible on carbon steel triplets, regardless of the brand. The main reason for this is that, at the weld seam, there is more carbon. This serves to strengthen the weld. It is complicated to give a positive review, order placed on 27.07 I think I paid for delivery in 3 working days or 5 at worst at the price of 15 euros. As of today, 4.08 still nothing received.. the shipment was made on the 28, it's the delivery that is not progressing or is progressing slowly... I am waiting to receive the set of balls to give a positive review on the game which is the most important.. can't wait to receive them
