Your order placed on Saturday, August 22 was shipped on Monday, August 24 with the engraving (we are closed on weekends).
It was delivered on August 27 due to a delay in delivery by Chronopost, which is beyond our control.
Despite this, we are within the announced delivery time when you placed your order since delivery was expected between August 25 and August 28.
We understand your disappointment regarding this delivery delay caused by the carrier and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, although it is beyond our control.
