I requested a delivery to a pickup point. Because it was open 24 hours a day and without my consent they decided to deliver to another pickup point without my authorization!!!! This is going to be super complicated for me to retrieve the package, as I work with the same hours as this pickup point and it was for a gift. I hope I can retrieve it on time.....

Hello, Your order placed on October 15 was shipped on the 16th from our premises. Unfortunately, the pickup point you initially chose was full and the package could not be dropped off. It has been dropped off at another pickup point and you can pick it up until November 4. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, although it is independent of our will.

Still haven't received my pétanques which got lost in the Médoc instead of being in the Pyrénées Atlantiques so that I can pick them up at the relay point in Artix. You will understand that I have the balls
