Hello, We understand your concern regarding the delivery of your order. However, it has indeed been processed by our services within the allotted time. You placed your order on Monday, April 28 at 5:50 PM, and we shipped it on Tuesday, April 29. Your tracking indicates that it arrived in Spain on Saturday, May 3. Then, the carrier tried to deliver it to you on Monday, May 5, and Tuesday, May 6, but you were absent. Consequently, your package was deposited at a pickup point on Tuesday, May 6. However, the package will be returned to us because you did not go to pick it up at the pickup point. All this information has of course been sent to you by email.
