PétanqueShop consistently delivers fast, reliable service with swift shipping and delivery that often arrives within days and sometimes sooner, keeping the products well packaged and arriving as described. Customers highlight precise engraving and depth on engraved balls, a smooth ordering process, and items that meet or exceed expectations, including timely arrivals and favorable quality. The store earns praise for professionalism, efficiency, and a responsive customer service that resolves issues and provides credits when needed, supporting a loyal, long-standing customer base. Overall, the shopping experience is described as accurate, fast, and satisfying, with strong emphasis on on-time delivery and product quality.
First of all a big bravo to pétanque shop. Diversity of products, large stock even on some brands that only work on order with a long delay. Special mention to Emma for her professionalism and patience. As for the Boulenciel stainless steel semi-soft they are superb. A little time to adapt because I switched from an MS LSX 74mm to the Boulenciel 73mm. At first complicated because of lack of precision few tiles I was afraid I made a mistake by switching from a 115 to 125kg hardness ball. After a few days the tiles come back almost like the LSX but the advantage is that it hardly marks. I think the slight loss of cushioning is worth it because my balls will last much longer.

I give 5 stars based on my first feeling regarding my Match+ that I bought a year ago where I was really disappointed compared to my old Match+ bought 20 years ago where the cushioning was really effective like what I felt with the RCC, that's why I decided to change. An adaptation period will be necessary I think because sometimes it can be a bit surprising and for shooting nothing to say.

This is the second time I order from petanque Shop and twice nothing to say everything was perfect, item received impeccable and ahead of schedule, tracking of the package from start to finish. I recommend to anyone needing petanque balls to order from petanque Shop, there is a wide choice of balls. Don't hesitate. Thank you to petanque Shop.
