Hello, I had to try three times to order, because the frame already with the name and surname, means that if you want to go directly to the bank code, it remains clear and does not take the information. Once I typed my bank details to the end, but it ended up with trying again. Finally the 3rd was the right one. Otherwise the product gives a good feeling.

Personalization on few products and very limited to 11 characters only and in fact, on petanque circles, it is just a simple engraving, much less visible than the Bon Tir brand, so in terms of communication, visibility is not very effective and yet the cost of personalization is 7.50 per piece for a basic product at 9 euros, which means a unit cost of 16.50, or +83% for a rather unsatisfactory result.

Hello, I received the petanque balls within the allotted time and they correspond very well to my order. My review is negative because I could not use my loyalty points to deduct from my order amount and I think that given my age (83 years), they are lost. Please correct this anomaly for your future customers. The first response from your customer service did not satisfy me as I felt they were treating me like an idiot. Thank you anyway.

Hello, We would like to inform you that the delivery delay observed is due to the bad weather conditions that occurred in our region last week. The snowfall and ice made several roads impassable and led to traffic bans for carriers. These circumstances, independent of our will, inevitably disrupted the transport chain. As soon as the roads reopened and the traffic conditions improved, shipments resumed. In other words, no package could leave our premises between Monday, January 5, and Wednesday, January 7. The packages were therefore picked up by Colissimo on Thursday evening, January 8. Your package is currently in transit and should be delivered at the beginning or middle of this week.
