Your exchange of 245 points for a voucher has been recorded. Unfortunately, I could not use my voucher despite several attempts, disappointing.... "You can now enjoy your voucher worth 12.25 euros by entering the following discount code: 217787-24520250708153227"

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, we are sorry to learn that you did not receive your order within the expected time. However, you ordered on Monday, December 22 at 14:12 and we shipped it the same day. Your package arrived in your country on Tuesday 23/12. Unfortunately, we cannot do it faster on our side. Moreover, when you placed your order, we communicated an indicative delivery date between December 24 and January 2. This is due to the longer delivery times during this period, especially in your country. The tracking indicates that the package is out for delivery today. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop team

Refusal of the seller to apply the 15% discount that we usually have with Pétanque Shop. How to explain to our members for which we buy your PVC pétanques 74mm/680gr that the price is >> last order?
Translated reviews
Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, The 15% discount was applied because you had ordered a certain number of quantities, we unfortunately cannot apply this kind of discount on all orders. Moreover, a discount was added in loyalty points during your last order. Thank you for your understanding
