In my order, the cloth and the cochonnet were missing

I received my triplet of pétanque quickly, very nice MS x15 pétanque balls to see after use. However, for a triplet at 215 euros, I am very disappointed with the bag offered with it, not practical at all and ugly, I think they want to get rid of it, so I put it in the recycling bin. Best regards.

Small individual packages would have been great. In any case, the product is great and you are efficient.

I received an ad saying I would get a bag, a cleaning cloth, and a cap. I bought a game for my grandson and received nothing with it. I am really disappointed knowing that this is my 6th triplet purchased from you in three years.

I expected to have basic cases for the balls

Fast delivery. Well packaged... just a downside, I buy 2 pairs of Atx and boulenciel balls plus a backpack, invoice of 596 euros and not a gift... this small gesture would have been appreciated especially given the purchases I make regularly every year....

If it's about the site we don't drink in detail the drawing of the grooves. Otherwise, I thought I bought 1 pair of Lyonnaise balls and actually 1 single ball. My fault but the site could have warned me.

I can't give my opinion without having received my package, but in the online store everything went well. There are many of us, I am in a pétanque club in Mayotte, PCP Pétanque Club of Pamandzi.

Very good

Some good and some less good. Let's start with the less good: I bought a Boulenciel Saturne triplet with engraving, which I received but one ball had less deep factory engravings than the other two (the impression of having two striped balls and one smooth) however the optional engraving was done by the company PétanqueShop, but the operator did not notice this difference. So I received the triplet with a defect. So for me, there is something wrong with the Boulenciel factory that does not perform quality control (otherwise this set would not have been put on sale) and for PétanqueShop that did not see this machining error during the personalized engraving. Now for the good, the PétanqueShop customer service did everything to rectify the situation, so I received a correct set after returning the defective balls. Which is normal in my eyes!! Thanks to customer service.
