PétanqueShop consistently delivers fast, reliable service with swift shipping and delivery that often arrives within days and sometimes sooner, keeping the products well packaged and arriving as described. Customers highlight precise engraving and depth on engraved balls, a smooth ordering process, and items that meet or exceed expectations, including timely arrivals and favorable quality. The store earns praise for professionalism, efficiency, and a responsive customer service that resolves issues and provides credits when needed, supporting a loyal, long-standing customer base. Overall, the shopping experience is described as accurate, fast, and satisfying, with strong emphasis on on-time delivery and product quality.
Very satisfied with the phone contact as well as the delivery time. The balls meet my expectations, good at shooting and a good cushion at the point. I wouldn't have as many praises for the delivery, 2 changes of delivery times in the morning then a message asking me to go pick up the package at a relay 28 km round trip in the afternoon... not cool!

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, the sharp aspect you mention regarding the manufacturer's markings will disappear with use. This can indeed happen when the balls are new. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop team

Order processed quickly but return necessary due to the omission of the personalization engraving. Lack of friendliness from the person who took my call

Good backpack but the foam for storing the balls won't last long, it's not rigid at all

Difficulties in validating the online creation of my customer account due to a validation procedure that goes in circles. Compensated by an exceptional telephone customer service, and the receipt of the ordered product of great quality and in line with my expectations.

Good experience for an amateur. It was a gift to replace Obut balls bought from you and forgotten in the tram; I forgot to ask you for a 10% discount that you grant to players from Sainte Luce. The owner of the balls will come to see you to have them engraved. Can you make a small gesture on this occasion?
