Products delivered quickly. Disappointed with the ball pick-up pen, the magnet is too weak so it doesn't pick up the balls. To avoid!

The content is good, however there are some marks on one ball and the box was opened!! Otherwise, everything is fine

I ordered a triplet MS 2110 with initial personalization, well received and well packaged. However, the engraving is terrible, does not match the engraving displayed at the order. Conclusion: buy your balls but make sure to inquire about the engraving beforehand.

The balls are not very magnetic and fragile... in addition to being too light
The meter is great
However, the delivery was made to a relay 10 km away, so not cool

Navigation is good, delivery is fast except that in the box there was no warranty card like in previous times. We tried to contact you by phone without success to report it. Thank you for keeping us informed about this complaint and for doing what is necessary to send it to us.

It is a pity that before validating the cart, the offer to take back the old balls is not proposed.
I bought a triplet without knowing it while I could have had a trade-in on my old balls and gotten a better price

the engraving result is very small and very dull in color. Upon opening the package I almost thought the cochonets were not engraved. I remain disappointed.
