the site is super small downside independent of petanque shop, regarding the delivery person who did not bother to ring the doorbell and delivered my package to a relay point when I had requested to be delivered at home

My order of 10/01, after a phone call to the store for advice, was received on 13/01. I am very satisfied with the welcome reserved on the phone and the advice given. The product received corresponds exactly to my order and was delivered very quickly. The Obut marking is very well done and enhanced by a matte black interior of the most beautiful effect, the requested personal marking is also very well done, sufficiently deep but the engraving would be prettier if it were also tinted black inside (it's a detail). I highly recommend Pétanqueshop for their welcome and seriousness. For the balls themselves, I will leave a review later when they have played enough. Thiery.B

Hello, I want to congratulate the impeccable quality of the after-sales service of PétanqueShop. I made a mistake in my order, Yoan from PétanqueShop did everything possible to find a solution, the most commercial possible. You can order without fear on this site, they live up to their reputation.

Purchase of second-hand balls, delivered in 24h and conforming to the description and photo. In their original box + cloth + 1 goal = really top! Nothing to say.

I used the ball return option, the evaluation and the return were above my expectations, I am very satisfied. For those who want to change, I recommend doing it. The service was very competent and I received my new Triplette 48 hours later, as promised by the site. Hats off..

Hello Nothing to say about the site and its products, but I find it deplorable that a delivery charged at more than 13€ is made to an address other than mine when I live in a village of 300 inhabitants with only 2 streets!! Fortunately, the neighbors are honest
