I am very unhappy regarding the payment - I had to make 5 orders. At the time of payment I had an error. Even after deleting cookies I had the same error. Had to write to customer service but at no time did anyone call me to take my order by phone. I am really disappointed about that but the rest is fine good presentation for the purchase of balls.

Hello, I wanted diameter 77 and every time I selected 77 in diameter and 690 in weight, it worked. BUT as soon as I clicked on ORDER the site responded that this product is no longer available. and that, on all brands. very disappointed !!!! I finally ordered 76 in diameter

I received my order but I am disappointed because I thought there would be foam in the back pocket to store my pétanque balls? In the description of the order I made it was specified to be delivered with the foam?

The site is well made, the logistics too.
The only negative point is the lack of availability of certain models. For example, it has been 1 month since you have had availability on the 'blue ball' range. I still remain a promoter of Petanqueshop.

I received my triplet of pétanque quickly, very nice MS x15 pétanque balls to see after use. However, for a triplet at 215 euros, I am very disappointed with the bag offered with it, not practical at all and ugly, I think they want to get rid of it, so I put it in the recycling bin. Best regards.
